HOURS OF OPERATION Weekdays: 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM Saturdays: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM Sundays: 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM We are generally open on Holidays but on a reduced schedule. Please check each Holiday for special hours. All dogs must be dropped off between 7:00 AM and 3:00 PM, unless a special appointment is made. Check-ins may take anywhere from 5 to 15 minutes depending on your dog's vaccination status and the result of a mandatory flea check. So, please allow enough time for it. Check-out time is 12:00 noon, i.e. you are not paying for that day if you pick up your dog before 12:00 noon. When you drop your dog off, please tell us if you want him/her bathed at the end of the stay at Starcrest. Grooming charges vary depending on the size of the dog and coat conditions. Tours are happily given Monday through Saturday between 7:00 AM and 3:00 PM. No appointment is necessary. We want you to see Starcrest the way it really is. Our Cancellation Policy We understand and tolerate cancellations as long as these are received at least two full business days in advance of the scheduled arrival. Any cancellations received on the day of the scheduled arrival will be charged with a fee equivalent to your dog's boarding rate of that day.
